I would like to be known first and foremost as standard Christian - the kind that believes Jesus meant what he said about himself, even the scary stuff. I'm married to a smokin-hot girl. I'm a dad of 3 very-cute kids. I'm a failed rockstar and aspiring novelist. I don't like building web sites as much as some people but I run a business that does just that.

WHOA! i can't even believe that! do you think it can be done?
i saw corgan perform on the david letterman show last night, and i liked it okay. i think your review of thefutureembrace rings true--- it would probably have to grow on me. the song was just, i don't know... weird. also, BC was weird. he was jsut dressed in huge black boots and this goth/military type get up. but he has always been a strange one.
one more quick note: did anybody else realize that david letterman is really unfunny? as in COMPLETELY unfunny? i didn't know this until last night.
Wow. Maybe he started rethinking the whole "solo career" thing and decided it hasn't been profitable for a lot of front men that left their bands...
??
The weird thing is Corgan is Smashing Pumpkins though. He writes 99% of the music and 100% of the lyrics. I really like Chamberlain as a drummer though. He was sorely missed when they booted him out (don't want to discuss drugs here, I'm just saying from a musician standpoint).
i agree with zobie slayer: excpet for jimmy chamberlin, the smashing pumpkins was billy corgan. darcy and james were expendable (excpet that darcy was cute).
jimmy chamberlin did get clean and sober, and played in corgan's other band, zwan. levi, didn't he also play on TheFutureEmbrace? i don't think BC with reform SP with JC.

Walker - D'arcy is one of those women who is either hot or scary looking. There's no in between with her. But yeah, both she and Iha were expendible.

Zach, Darcy is very cute and yet as Zombieslayer pointed out, also very scary at times. There's not much inbetween with her. But I will admit to an adolecsent crush...
Sam called to tell us one day that he went to an aftershow party, where he got to hang with Billy Corgan... he also met others, like Chevelle, working at Guitar Center in Chicago.
Okay, good, glad that's outa the way, because I really dropped by to work Levi over the fact that he hasn't posted and entries to his blog lately...
